Official Insurgency Server of YouTube Roaster, Infinite Elgintensity

1. Games are set to Hardcore difficulty with teammate indicators off, reasonably high bot counts, and lethal cache explosion damage in a fairly wide radius.

2. Admins will kick incompetent newbies and annoying pests, then add them to the MaTiBoU_Qc Blacklist, named after the world's worst Insurgency player. You're welcome to votekick blacklisted players on sight. If you want lax moderation and dead weight teammates, then join someone else's "Behind" servers.

3. If players votekick you for no good reason, then name them in a discussion thread. Unlike similarly-named servers, these players will have a chance to explain themselves. Note that having a reputation as an incompetent newbie or annoying pest warrants a votekick, just like being a known arsonist warrants banishment from a building.

4. To get off the Matibou_QC Blacklist and be allowed to play on my server again, send me $10 US via PayPal[www.paypal.com] with a link to your Steam profile in the note field.
