Only the starter weapons are craftable (Revolver, Hand Cannon, Hunting Bow and Pipe Shotgun).
All other guns and kevlar can only be found in airdrops.
The shotgun, explosive charges and F1 Grenades can be found in airdrops and off zombies.
Weapon mods also only drop from airdrops but are researchable and craftable.
Metal house pieces drop from zombies and airdrops but only pillars, foundations and ceilings are researchable
