Second: today you kicked Avik for no reason, it was only relatively short after he joined. This alone wouldn't be a reason for banning though. Yesterday you blocked a spot of a full server by just staying and not playing. I told several times to either play or leave the server. Some weeks ago I crashed you took over the spot and didnt give him back to me again, this is an unwritten rule on this server though. In addition to that you often kick people very fast because they dont play good enough in your eyes.
I kicked banned and reported so many people within the last few years I lost count but on one hand it was never for minor reasons like playing bad or "ruining the game" by playing bad" and on the other hand it's not really my job anymore anyway.
