The Universal Union

The Universal Union is an international, full-time, ingame peace keeping organization. We currently opperate on Garry's Mod, and EVE Online.

Bill is the founder of the Union, as well as it's Administrator.

Murk Map is the higest ranking member of the Union, who is not Bill. This is because he is quite often runing the Union while I am away.
He is also our chief recruitment officer, and is in charge of forces inside EVE.

Kieran is responsible for administrating our GMS server while we are away.

Bill, Murk Map, and Kieran make up Overwatch, the primary administration group of
The Universal Union.

If you have any questions, or concerns, feel free to ask any of them, or any other member of the Union. We are here for you.

Our goals, here at the Union, are to make gaming more plesant and productive. To achieve this goal, we have established Civil-Protection Teams, to eliminate any hostile, or just plain bothersome threat.

If you are interested in joining, feel free! All our welcome, except ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
We are looking for more commited, loyal, and fun players, who are also interested in removing malignant gamers from the internet.

The Universal Union is a united GMS tribe existing on the Nocturnal Gaming Stranded server (216.245.195.46:27014)

The Universal Union is ran by overwatch

- Bill

Bill will sit in the Overwatch tribe

however Map and Kieran are still members of the overwatch.

Rules,Information and Regulations

While in the server we will split into 3 groups

- Citizens (Faction leader - ME ( «C†T» кιєяαη -=SAS=-)

- Civil protection (Faction Leader - »ﭏğ« [Murk]Map)

-Overwatch (Leader - Bill)

Rule #1: The Universal Union is devoted to the safety, well being, and fun of its members and other players. Dont do anything to mess that up.

Rule #2: Your Faction Leaders are here to help you, so please respect and obey them.

Rule #3 Citizens can not build their own facilites or tools. Kieran will provide Citizens with standard iron tools.

Rule #4 Citizens must stay within The Universal Union boarders.

Rule #5 Civil Protection may leave the borders with permission from there group leaders.

Rule #6 No Member may colonise another area unless asigned by a Faction Leader.

Rule #7 Respect all members of the union arguementitive behavior or immaturity will not be tolerated.

Citizen Rights

Citizens must add EVERYONE in all the factions to prop protection.

Citizens may not produce weaponry or tools as seen above ( Rule #3 )

Citizens will not construct there own buildings without permisson from a Group leader

Citizans must act in accordance with their Citizen Group Leader, Civil Protection Team, and Overwatch. Noncompliance will result in prosecution.

Citizens are entitled to food rashions as long as they reach their quota for materials gathered, such as wood, stone, copper ore, iron ore, and urine if necessary.

Each Citizen must check in his/hers materials with the Citizen Group Leader in order for it to be counted, and rations to be administered

Civil Protection rights

Civil Protection teams are devoted to the safety and security of Union members, as well as other players within the server.

Protection teams must be armed with a stunstick as a minimum. (not crowbar)

Protection teams do not give Prop Protection to Citizens, only to other Protection team members, and Overwatch <-- (seen above.)

The Civil Protection team leader will asign patrols, guard duty, work details, and recreational times. Each of these will be assigned at the team leaders own discreation.

Protection teams are not allowed to spawn props or work stations.

Protecton teams are not to arm Citizens unless Emergancy Civil Deputization (ECD) is in act.

Protection teams must comply to the wishes of Overwatch.

Get it? BillCast? Like Breencast only.... you know... its like.... *ahem*

Alot of you may be wondering why we have so many rules. Allow me to address some of your questions and put your minds at ease. We do it simply because it is the best way to keep the Union intact. Otherwise, we would fall to rebelion, outside forces, civil unrest, and supply shortages. I assure you the civilian system is THE best way for any newcomer to level up quickly. The higher your level the closer you get to promotion. Its also a system to root out the uncooperative, and uncommited members of our Union. It is simply for the best.
