Well I decided to make this group because I think our team sucks. We all suck at dota. It's a little harsh, but it's the truth. We are newer players and not very good. This group is to improve our co-operation, communication, and hopefully, in the end, improve our skill levels. To this end, I am making a more organised role list for us. It should help us make better picks in games, so hopefully in the future we will lose to being outplayed rather than being out-picked. The roles are as follows:

THE CARRY-
Hard carry hero who will always play safe lane with a support because early game is horrible. Will always be relevant. Eg. Antimage, Spectre, Faceless Void, Phantom Lancer, Morphling, and Drow Ranger. This role will mostly be played by Nullified, as he says its his best role. The Carry should just sit in his lane and farm for at least the first 20 minutes, possibly longer. Don't leave the lane! There are always exceptions to this rule, but unless our tier 2 or 3 tower isn't being knocked over please keep farming.

THE SUPPORT-
Hero that sits the Carry in safe lane. Buys courriers, wards (whenever you can), and whatever else the team needs. Keeps lane controlled back by the tower by pulling and denying. Do not attack enemy creeps and always stack the camp before pulling. Will be the lowest leveled on the team and have the lowest GPM, but is argueably the most important role on the team. Eg. Keeper of the Light, Venomancer, Wisp, Warlock, Lich, Crystal Maiden, and Shadow Demon. Zero will primarily have this role, with Beta taking the role every 3rd game or so.

THE TERTIARY-
Mid Game carry hero that peaks around 15 to 20 minutes and should be most powerful for about the next 10 or 15 minutes. After that they become less relevant. Will get fast exp and gold from jungling, soloing middle lane, or having an aggresive dual lane on the hard lane. Eg. Juggernaut, Storm Spirit, Templar Assasin, Lifestealer, Sven, Dragon Knight, Broodmother, and Brewmaster. Winter and Beta will take turns playing this role.

THE SKILL-
This role is a little hard to explain. Heroes that qualify as "the Skill" heroes are heroes that can situationally carry and/or snowball. Their goal is to get fast levels by winning the lane and getting kills. If they get enough kills they will snowball out of control. This is not achievable on these heroes from just straight farming. They need to be at a higher level in comparison to other heroes to be so powerful. They use their strong early game skills to achieve this. They will still be relevant late game if they snowballed hard enough, but become less so as the enemy team catches up. These heroes are the ones who can get solo kills easily. "Skill" heroes should either solo mid lane or solo the suicide lane. However, not all "Skill" heroes are able to solo the hard lane. Eg. Pudge, Night Stalker, Nyx Assasin, Bloodseeker, Bounty Hunter, Nature's Prophet, Puck, and Windrunner. Beta and I will take turns with this role.

THE ASSIST-
This role is similar to "The Skill" role, but these heroes do not snowball/carry as well. They are roamers who try to give kills to the Carry or Tertiary in their (the Carry and Teritiary's) lanes. They serve as the second half of the aggresive dual lane or can make an aggresive tri-lane. Eg. Leshrac, Sand King, Tide Hunter, Batrider, and Invoker. All of us will take turns with this role.

A lot of heroes overlap between these roles, but I want to try and follow these guidlines for farming and see how they work. After further testing I can revise it.
