The British? The British lost approximately twice as much tonnage at Jutland. The British however, had a large navy than the Germans, and the only signifcant German ally with a powerful navy was the Austrian Empire. The Austrian Empire was counted quite effectively by the French and the Italians, with room to spare to send ships north to the British if a crisis really happened. Whats more, the Americans would be entering the war soon, further tipping the balance of power in the Allied Favor. Therefor, despite higher British losses, it was a draw tactically, and a British victory strategically. The High Seas fleet never attempted another Jutland type fleet battle again.

Nah. England lost more. I don't really see that as a, "Draw" And Germany could have done a lot better -.-

The only major fleet battle of the War, Jutland, was at most a draw between the sides. At worst, it was a British Strategic victory. The Germans sank much more British tonnage, but it was pretty much inconsequential- the British could replace that Tonnage quickly.

Would have been differnt if commanded by Germans.

I find it most confusing for Ireland and Britain to be coloured the same.

It's just heartbreaeker's fraction unlocker. I just used a pack file maneger, took out a few unites, and added rebal fractions. The red flag is napoleon total flags, so it is red. the one you see would normaly be called "Cossak Rebals," and i even changed the fraction names to "Socalist Congo" for cossaks, and "Peoples Empire of Japan" for greek Rebals, but for some odd reason, it shows up as "- "
