Rules are:

1. No random killing of any kind.

2. You must role-play before you take any action against another player.
Make sure to establish a two way communication, and listen to the other persons signals, they might not want to get mugged. Or maybe they want you to go all in.

3. Raiding can only be done against a camp where players are online, and with conventional means, not building over the walls

4. Killing sleepers is allowed but ONLY when you are sleeping a base where at least one of their faction members are online to defend it.

5. You may not! block or hinder access to any nodes by any means other than RP

For about 10 minutes of recording in any Planetside 2 server (Safe zone). Requires at least one of you to have unlocked a huge NC sniper rifle and one of you to have unlocked a bulky NC shotgun.
