It's a pretty simple chaos/elemental build. Escalation as a builder, since it applies stacking damage taken debuff, with couple passives from chaos and shotgun to enhance Weaken effect. Once you hit 5 resources (and apply 15% debuff), you unleash the hard hitters - Anima Charge+Thor's Hammer (for 1,3k crits <3), Call for Eris (with 5 chaos resources it hits pretty hard, easily 500-900 dmg) and use up elemental resources with Combustion. In about 9 attacks, you get Hulks to 30-40% hp. Then it's just a matter of finishing up, Call for Eris works best imo.
Can't remember all the passives. for sure 2-3 for Weaken synergy, the one making anima charged skills crit, probably +10% dmg for both chaos and elemental.
That was single target build ofc. For more balanced build I prefer chaos/shotgun. So far the best inner circle aoe build I've found, but still with decent single target dmg, thanks to Out For A Kill and Buckshot.
