Thunderstorm effects are sadly lacking in TS. There are the odd scenerio like
Sherman Hill Arrival of the Thunderheads - however we know this is hard coded and not a weather pattern we can freely use

A very talented individual who has compiled lightning effects and 3D thunder sounds. The package includes new lighting for NWR repaints and free roam scenerios for supported USA routes.

The weather pattern works without issue with Dovetail rain and cloud effects.

There are 3 folders, just select extreme or the performance exe; please read the PDF before proceeding
RW tools or RWP package manger is not required; however, I would always recommend RW tools for creating scenerio clones and changing weather patterns.

Yes, but the game from 2012 don't have railworksamerica.com where you can download 3rd party stuff. It would be impossible to start a session with all these mod, that's why it's illegal to make mod if you are now an official on run8.

When are we gonna get flipping live-time multiplayer! A game from 2012 even has it!
