NEW RULE:

Whenever a promotion is given out (as long as it is within a respectable interval, you do not need to do this if promotions are given out left and right) everybody in the group chat will yell PROMOTIONS!

Failure to yell PROMOTIONS! will cause an immediate demotion of two ranks, equivilant to one promotion.

*Note: there is no requirement to yell PROMOTIONS! for a demotion.

Silver stars are so 5 minutes ago.

Everybody gets a ~gold~ star!

Every time you get a good idea you will get promoted.

Everybody starts at gold star rank. The promotion will change it so you are with no star.

Its essentially a cycle which goes No star -> Silver Star -> Gold Star. This plan sets a neverending cycle of PROMOTIONS.
