This group has been created for all players that use the Overpoch server so as to be able to update them about upcoming Admin Events, planned server work and changes, new additions and any other news we feel that is relevant to you all.

Server is accessible again!

Many of you may have been having problems getting onto the server, luckily this should have been corrected and access has been restored. There will also be a change in some of the prices of certain items that people have asked to be added but will mot be cheap, or replaceable if someone blows it up.

Johno has been working hard working putting the mods back after our last mishap, (We gotta learn somehow) and has done realy well. Advanced trading, Indestructible bases, group management, snap pro V4 building, money for new players, and some of the vehicles and helis you guys asked for (at rather steep prices, but if you really want them, it wont be a problem?), and earphones have been added too, the amount of roaming AI have been reduced too.

Now he is working on coins and gold found on ai, Prebuilds for gems, adding KA-60 helis to AI missions as a prize, there will be a set of rules going up on the TS this weeek and can be downloaded as a file on facebook too.

We also intend to try organising some reasonably prized admin events, kinda similar to what we used to do before, and this time it will be streamed by one of our players, SquadLeader, who will be acting as social liaison for the night.

Server Update 23/09/16

Hi Guys
As I understand alot of you were unable to get onto the server yesterday, and were getting a "Wait For Host" message.
This is due to an update being applied to the servr that would have improved plotpole management, added eye scanners to doors, and made the uilt bases indestructible (We are still working on getting Warehouses added to buildables as a bought item at the traders and able to have plot management and be indestructible too)

For some reason a couple of the files were corrupted in the upload and it resulted in the halting you have been experiencing. Due to this freak happening, we were not expecting any files to get corrupted just by uploading so no backup was made, making the rest of the upload useless, and this has impacted on the rest of the files as they were all modded together instead of separate files.

Therefore, we are in a position wheere we have workable banks although the bankers are there, and the Advanced Trading menu shows up but is not operational again yet. Some good news is that the server is working again, people can join but there will be many restarts when wwe upload and try things out (After creating a bakup this time of course!)

The old prices from the old srver have been returned on many things and many things have been removed including the Little bird with Hydras, but there will be more militart vehicles than there originally was, as the UH-1Y will be making a return and staying. You will also notice new buildings popping up around the map, such as barracks, tents, ATC towers, and many more, they will not yet be spawning loot until we have collecte all of the map details for them all and added them to the lootable building table.

There will also be a reduction in the type of guns found by chance, but there will still be some good ones left in but the find chance will be considerably higher. If ther is any more news I can give you regarding word finished on the sserver I will update you as soon as it has been completed.
