From its birth in Spring 2013, TF2infinity has now shut down permanently.
All good things must come to an end, and our server is no exception.

There are a few reasons for the decline of the server. For one, the number of players of TF2 as a whole are declining. TF2 is still a great game and will continue to be enjoyed for a few years to come, but nevertheless fewer players as a whole means fewer players on our server. Also, several new deathrun servers have appeared and are quickly gaining players. Finally, people simply move on. Many of our first players no longer even play TF2. All this, coupled with the fact that we have less and less time to add new maps, make improvements, etc, simply has lead to a steady decline.

We had once envisaged having several servers under the TF2infinity name; Jailbreak, Deathrun, Jump, Zombies and more were planned, but ultimately never came to fruition.

We'd like to thank every one of our valued players, donators and supporters for making the server such a great place.

Thank you to everyone for being a part of TF2infinity – it has been awesome playing TF2 with you.

From its birth in Spring 2013, Thursday 11th February 2016 is the last day of our server for permanent closure.

It has truly been a great experience for both of us, so on the evening we'd like our community to get together on the server to have a few hours of fun.
