TF2 Competitive Tournament Host's Welcoming Message.

Good morning, afternoon, and evening. This group will soon become the most active and largest competitive tournament group known to TF2's community. It will host large-scale events such as tournaments(suggested by the title). Every large-scale event will take two teams and have them face off in large battles on different maps and servers. All fighting and clashing against each other to win the ultimate prize that is awarded to the winning team.

Teams will be made up of random players chosen by a program that completely randomizes the people who enter the competition. But that is only if a person can't find a team of 12 people. The other way of finding a team is making up a team of friends or acquaintances that said person believes can enter, and win, the competition.

On every team, there will be a team captain. The team captain will be interviewed via Skype and/or Team Speak. He or she will represent their team. In this group, we run a democracy(next paragraph). Each team member has a single vote while the team captain's vote consists of three votes. This is to make it so that the team captain does not have too much power over the team so they can overrule him. Teams can also impeach team captains or the players in general.

This group's democracy is like the one in the United States of America, yet it is only made up of 12 people. The team captain is like the president and has more control over the group than others. While the group members are the citizens. The group can impeach the team captain. The team captain can not vote for either side of this. If the players decide to impeach, the side with the most votes wins. Since there will only be 11 people, there can be no ties. Players who abstain from voting will be counted towards the impeachment of the team captain. Impeachment doesn't mean the kicking from the team. In order to kick someone from a team, you must consult a moderator or admin of the group and give them hard evidence of why they should be kicked from the team. After a team captain is impeached, a new team captain will be assigned randomly. There are no refunds for team captains or people kicked from the group.

Now, this is where it gets to the good stuff. The payment to join, and the grand prize. The payment to join a team for a player is a 3 refined metal(pure). To join a team as a team captain, you will pay 6 refined metal. To join a game with your team, it costs 1 refined metal. The team who makes their way up the ladder and wins the tournament will earn .9x of all of the refined metal that the teams in that particular tournament gave to join. For example, if the grand prize is 100 refined metal, you earn 90 of it, and it will be spread throughout the team. Double the funds will be given to the team's captain. Remember, if you do not pay, you can not play.
