Hello there! I am an admin of Unturn.me, where we promote both raid and non-raid servers for PVP, and raid/grief free PVE servers!

Rules:
{Normal Player Rules}

1. No Sniping from sky bases.
2. No Destroying others buildings. (UNLESS on a raid server)
3. Raiding / Griefing ======> BAN. (UNLESS on a raid server)
4. English Only in The Public Chat.
5. No Foul Language.
6. DO NOT USE A FEAST OR LOOT SPAWN AS A BASE!!
7. DO NOT DISRESPECT YOUR ADMINS!
8. On PVE NO destroying cars!
9. ALL Bases must be at least 2 foundation lengths away from the road, and do not cross over.

{Admin Rules/Other Rules to Follow}

1. Supers: No promoting without majority vote
2. Absolutely no killing players while in God mode or in vanish.
Don't keep going in and out of Godmode or Vanish
3. No spawning weapons, attachments, clothing or explosives
4. Do not teleport to another admin without permission.
5. Do not teleport to a player (unless in vanish to monitor) without permission.
6. Logs can be spawned to help players build. Limit of 200 logs per player. In addition to the logs, each new player can be given the following: 4 lockers, 1 metal door, 1 metal gate, 1 metal sign and 1 claim flag.
7. No spawning more than 100 items at a time
8. Keep player base sizes to a minimum (7x7).
9. No targeting players from sky bases
10. Warn players more than once before banning.
11. You may spawn vehicles to use. Blow it up when finished or give to a player if you see a lack of vehicles on the server. Use good judgment and don't spawn a mountain of cars.
12. Do not to constantly change it to day time.
13. The balance of the game is most important!
14. You can /heal or spawn 1 Medkit or 1 Mre if a player needs help.
15. Only help a player if they ask for it which you dont have to help every single player,
players get needy.
16. They should be able to play without needing admins help all the time.
17. LEAD BY EXAMPLE!!
18. RESPECT OTHER ADMINS AND PLAYERS!!
