I found us the console commands to customize the crosshair to your liking.

to enable console go to setting -> Game Options -> Enabled Console

to access console use the ~ (tilde) key.

Cross Hair Commands:

• crosshair "1" //Display crosshair (1=enabled, 0=disabled)
  
• cl_crosshairstyle "1" //Crosshair style (1=csgo, 2=classic static cs, 3=classic dynamic cs)
