Greetings my almost twelve disciples,

Brother James has agreed to host a massive game of civilization for us over e-mail or magic or whatever. Basically its one game of civ that spans over a huge amount of time and we just go online and take our turns when we feel like it. It'll be great. Post here if you're in, stake claims to civs/ leaders. I'm Murica. America. And not Native America either. Washington/Lincoln America. The America that's actually good at the game. Anyway, at first I was going to make this for sure Civ IV. But I have cracked versions of Civ V Gods & Kings that we could use to play, and I'm pretty sure it has the same nifty mail and/or magic multiplayer system that James can setup.

But Glorious Emperor, certainly a deity of your stature should realize the superior artistic merit of Civilization IV over the mediocre V?

Anyway I'm putting it to a vote. This is a democracy. An actual democracy, not a democracy from Sid Meier's Civilization. But seriously we should play Civ IV, I'm voting for IV.
