The telecoms-package is a set of monstrous laws regulating the internet.
Amandment 138 is securing a fundamental rights.
If amandment 138 is excluded, internet will be turned into a cable-television system.

to call all Members from the ITRE committe of the European Parliament to ask them to vote for amendement 138
(renumbered 46) and reject any form of weakened compromise.
