steam servers are busy? not time for me? WAAAAHT TEH HYLEL?!!

if you're having problems with steam servers. Change the server, view then settings then download plus cloud. Use the New York server and that should get you downloading.

No preload was a great idea. Now just have to wait for the Steam servers to free up ;)
