Someone in full leather is roaming around the valley and isn't cooperating with us. He is an automatic KOS. If it turns out to be an ally, just simply return their stuff and we're all good

We've been discussing for awhile implementing a uniform if you're going to be running in Hacker Valley (gathering, ect).

It seems like it'd be far easier to tell people apart this way... Should it be full leather with rad helm (or atleast naked with rad helm) .... or, should it be full leather with rad pants (or atleast naked with rad pants)?
