We will be discussing:
-Opening rehab centers to help those with killing addictions

-Buy hospital and make it into a full fledged government health facility for the people. Have multiple health plans and cheap ones for the lower class citizens. Allowing for jobs and ambulance drivers which allows for more RP scenarios.

-And how police should be managed/trained
