HUGE .42 update release yesterday. Check out all the new stuff at: http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/180792-rolling-update-rev-042116181/
Lots of bugs fixes, smoother animations and more responsive movements. Plus I'm seeing a solid 10-15% increase in FPS! A bunch of new items like guns, camo recipes, clothes and my favorite - Tactical Bacon!
