Rayman Control Panel

Rayman Control Panel is an open source community project created by RayCarrot. This software is a single free to use executable file with the intent to easily access settings and fixes for the various Rayman titles released for Windows.
This is a growing project with more features planned on being added with future updates. The utilities and various configuration tools have been created with help from various members of the Rayman community.

Version 12.0 Released

Version 12.0 has just released today. The biggest changes this time around are in the code, but there are some feature changes too. To go along with the code refactoring I made some visual changes to the app to keep it fresh. More color has been added, such as to the page icons, and the controls now have rounded corners. Windows will now by default appear as popups within the main app window which prevents blocking dialogs from making you not able to interact with the main window (such as when downloading files).

In terms of features I changed the resolution options in the game configurations to a drop-down where the supported resolutions on your computer will be available. You can of course still manually specify a resolution as well! The Rayman Raving Rabbids configuration also has a resolution drop-down now, as well as its sequel.

After this update I'll probably be taking a bit of a break from the program again. I feel the repository on GitHub is in a better place now with the new code refactoring and updated readme, and the most important features I want to have are now in the app.

Version 11.0 Released

It's been a while now, but 11.0.0 has finally been released! I started this update last summer, but took a break to focus on Ray1Map. The past few weeks I got back to working on this and finished it up so it could now be released.

The biggest update here is the new reworked Archive Explorer™ tool. Previously you could only modify an archive by replacing files, and for each replaced file the archive would repack. Now with the new version you can add/remove files/directories and it won't repack until you decide to save your edits.

New quality of life additions have also been made to the tool, such as an address bar, a search bar, sorting options, better performance and more! Rayman 1 PC spin-off archives are now also supported, as well as some new file formats.

Other changes in the update include a utility for generating Rayman 1 PS1 save passwords, progression info for Rayman Designer and its spin-offs, support for Rayman ReDesigner and more!

Full Wii and GameCube support is coming, but it's taking a while as I'm busy working on Rayman 3 Readvanced

Markisprime19 The Wii version of Rabbids Go Home isn't compatible with RCP at the moment sadly, same goes for other Rayman games on Wii or other consoles besides the PS1 and PS2 (Why only PS1 and 2, idk, some console racism). The LyN_f.exe thing is for the PC version of Rabbids Go Home, which was barely released anywhere outside of Europe. You'll need the PC version of the game. You can find it on Internet Archive.

I have a rom of rabbids go home that i got off from vims lair years ago but when i tried to load it to RCP it said i was missing something called LyN_f.exe, Can anyone tell me what does that mean?

You can change what game client the game launches with in RCP. If you set it to "None" then it'll launch it the default way, which should work with GOG Galaxy.

Any chance to add GOG Galaxy as a compatible launcher? I got Rayman 1 2 and 3 from there cuz they were cheaper, but I cant open Forever via RCP cuz it asks for an activation key from Ubisoft Connect (Wich I got Origins, Jungle and Fiesta from, cuz Origins was free for a while, and for Jungle and Fiesta). Having the option to add Gog as a launcher would be great
