(Recruiting)
All recruiting is to be done on a probationary period basis, meaning a time of getting to know a fellow player in game through the friends list feature and spending time together with the guild as an outsider before being immediately granted access to guild lands, property and any other benefits a proper member may obtain.

(Ranking System)
The Guild Ranks are:

Initiate- designating a probationary guild member in a period of acceptance into proper membership

Kohai- designating an accepted member, verified by one or more higher rank members, and expected to be pursuing a specialty under training from others where neccesary.

Senpai- designating a member who has begun to show prowess in their chosen specialty, and has obtained a level of self sufficiency in overall gameplay.

Sensei- designating a member who has properly studied and practiced their chosen specialty, and shown interest in involving or tutoring others in their professions and activities, has made contributions that can be verified by multiple lower rank members, and actively persists in game.

Ranks are to be designated by overall active playtime in game, experience in various aspects of game, and willingness to take on responsibilities of helping guildies related to chosen aspects/organizing related activities. Those with rank are expected to act with the understanding their actions effect the Guild and its players as a whole, and seek to establish the overall rules as a cooperative unit, synchronizing between their specialties. Demotion in rank and Kicking from Guild is a result of breaking any of the intended rules.

(Guild Land and Owned Property)
Any Land opened to Guild is done so to help fellow players benefit from its use in game, but proper communication should be used when planting, or harvesting anything on open land. (Ask the owner first)
Any Tradepacks on such land should be respected and should only be moved at the crafter's behest, or if specifically noted.(If you need help with packs, just ask, no need to take what isn't yours.)
Any Guild Chests are to be used as trading posts between guildies, or to provide others with useful spare materials, etc. It is proper to leave something when taking something in such an open chest, and should not be used as a trash can or looted indescriminately. Any Chests not specifically noted as Guild Chests (usually located in the designated Guild Hall) should not be tampered with unless you've had permission from the owner.(respect and protect your comrade's property) Any property or land specifically intended for personal use or of particular importance should be set to a trusted family or private setting for your own safety, and the Family system should be used when possible for proper guild sharing circles.


(Guild Customs and Communication)
We aim to practice friendly and preferably polite social interactions within and without the guild, for the purpose of widening our trading networks and alliances, cutting down on server-wide immaturity and drama, and building lasting friendships in game.


(Player vs. Player Combat)
We do not strike First Blood on other Haranyan players for any reason, although we may defend ourselves if attacked. We do not steal fellow Haranyan Packs, doing so is degrading to our faction as a whole. Players will kill each other in war zones to actively push the peace meter, but this is different from camping or packstealing, which are considered griefing. If griefed by a player-killer from our faction,(and cannot handle the situation yourself diplomatically) attempt to
obtain a screenshot of the
offense, and player's name/guild name, inform a guild officer and they will handle the problem appropriate to the situation. As a Merchantile Guild profit and diplomacy are our foremost priorities, and there is no profit in dirtying our own hands in such business ourselves. These customs do not apply to Nuian and Elvan players unless specifically stated by Guild Alliances or obvious circumstances.
