Tier Restart

I think it's about time we restart this tier. No reason to just sit around and do nothing. I'm looking to start this as a bit more conventional tier this time. We will be in 1800-2015 depending on what you guys vote for. We will have a simplified economy system, that is set by the country's size/status relating to the amount of armies and navies. And that is about it for now. I will arrange a year vote soon, after which the sign up will be opened and the rules made, after which I will update the map.
