I cant express how close I am to closing the server, I really need it to grow, so please tell your friends, post on forums, advertise etc, I love running the server and helping people in the game. please, please help

as the title says, I am considering to close the server, this is because ther server just isnt popular enough, i was hoping to get 20+ regular players, but as the most on at a time is 10 then it feels pointless, a low amount of players make the game to easy and simplistic, no competition, So i will wait for feedback, if there is no feedback or negative comments i will go through with it in 5 days.
