Feel free to hang out in the chat, it's a great place to discuss video games, anime, comics, well all things geek really, plus current events and other topics. It's also a great place to make connections to play games. Want to play Mann vs Machine but all your friends are away or being dumb? Maybe Killing Floor, L4D2 or Starbound? All you have to do is ask. Or if you want to keep up to date with the latest links on danbooru, reddit, or if you really must, 4chan, this is the place.

Alternatively, if you just want to hang out and chat, well it is a group chat, so we're all for finding new and interesting people to talk and play with.

Rules of the chat:

1. Obligatory standard no being an asshat. Might be a little hard to define, but it's in the neighbourhood of purposefully annoying the members and causing a disturbance. We call it Ladebauming. Also don't spoil any ongoing or recent media such as TV shows/movies/anime/manga/etc. The gereral consensus is if you're not sure, ask first.

2. No spamming the chat. This includes typing in ALL CAPS or LiKe A mORoN, and ASCII art. This also includes any and all forms of advertising and referal links.

3. No misogyny, berating of beliefs or tastes, or talking trash to the mods

4. Controversial conversations are common, feel free to discuss hot button topics including sexuality, politics and morality, but remember to keep it reasonable and don't break rules any of the other rules.

5. Don't come into the chat just to link something and leave, it's extremely annoying and makes it look like you're farming views. If you want to come in to chat then later link what you want people to see, that's fine, but just popping in to link something and leaving is not okay.

6. The admins and mods have the final say on anything, do not argue with them. If you feel you need to express something to them do so in private.

7. You don't have to tag NSFW content as NSFW, but generally speaking anything that's considered an odd fetish, real sick stuff like guro and beastiality, you should tag as such. And obviously nothing illegal unless you have enough money to find me a good lawyer.
