Close tf2 then delete the file. then restart tf2 if ya wanna.

I noticed it but when I tried to delete it.. it just says "The Action cant be completed the file is open in hl2" But when I checked its not even open? What's wrong with this custom hud.

But.. can you fix bug related with "Show quality colors" checkbutton. When it button checked- borders (orange, blue..etc) sometimes not appeared
