First official *NDT* project

This map is the first of *NDT* many upcoming projects. It will server the purpose of both puting a foot down taking the first step, and testing HDR dynamic work. The download link will be updated over time in each beta stage in which we will inform you. The download links we currently use will be hosted by file-beam. For just professionalization every link will have different passwords each time. Though we will release the password if the link is open to the public in most cases it is.
