We just added a bot to the discord. The bot is named Cloaker and based on the Dyno bot programmed by very talented people. It already features a lot of commands and will be a great asset to the discord.

It will take a while to properly set it up and add all the custom commands I have in mind. Until it is done, I'd ask users to refrain from abusing the bot's commands and report any privilege or behavior issues from the bot.

In my continuous effort to promote Discord for an efficient team-communication in-game. I re-worked the structure of it to make it even more efficient.

As you can see, everyone using the Discord will eventually be tagged according to their needs. It is now even more easier to get much needed help! Now that I pretty much spent the last 2 days working on it bits per bits. The nexts days will be reserved on re-organizing the steam group itself.

We will keep improving like this. SInce, in the long run, it is to provide you with a satisfactory game experience within Payday that we are doing all those efforts.

Changed the focus of the group to be more structured. While tutor groups will always be needed. There is very little tutor groups that encouraged squad-based teamplay. The game sadly pushing most players to go lone-wolf during heisrs. A mistake we aim to correct. It will take a couple of days to setup everything. But here's how the discord will be set to maximize our efficiency.

There will be 2 branches New-Blood and Elite. Let's put that into perspective with an example.

My own roles on discord are: Elite, New-Blood, Tutor. Wich means I am a tutor open to both New-Blood and Elite. Elites being those who gained a fair mastery of the game but wishes to push further in communication and teamplay.

AmShagar who is on the discord too have these roles: Rookiee, New-Blood. Wich means only a tutor with the New-Blood tag should train him. (At least in principle.) It will make matching tutors and rookiees easier and more efficient.

This is just one of the ideas I am implementing. Do not worry, the group ain't dying. It is, on the contrary, evolving.
