Founded by Lil Jessie and Patrolman, MCA was created so players could compete in competitive arena matches. MCA is open to any player or team, regardless of race or ethnicity.

Teams of 6 and only 2 scouts because they are usually there to pressure the point and harass the medic to force an early uber. Any more scouts and it just becomes overwhelming. Two good scouts can pick off the demo, roaming soldier and other scouts.
