✅ Age 16+ – Maturity and commitment are key.
✅ Competitive Rank – Preferably Face-it Level 4+ or equivalent.
✅ Good Communication Skills – Must use a mic and be fluent in English.
✅ Team-Oriented Mindset – No ego, no toxicity—just teamwork and improvement.
✅ Consistent Availability – Able to practice multiple times per week.
✅ Strong Game Sense & Mechanics – Solid aim, utility knowledge, and map awareness.
✅ Reliable Setup – Stable internet, good FPS, and a decent headset.

➕ Prior tournament or league experience.
➕ Ability to take and give constructive criticism.
➕ Streaming/content creation experience.
