eagle456, I believe you are forgetting something. You forgot to include the port in your IP. You can find and change it in the server properties file. For example, if your port was 25565, then the IP would be 5.233.79.130:25565.
Sorry if this is cnfusing, but people need to know the port to join.

I have made a server if anyone wants to join but it uses hamachi :( the hamachi id is ServerforTerrariaAgain (it isn't for terraria i just couldn't get a name cause they were all taken) and the password is 1234567891 and the server ip is 5.233.79.130 and please don't grief and the server has protection of chests and doors feel free to join :D
