To enter the alliance:
1) You must have a clan with at least 5+ members
2) You must be the clan owner, co-owner, or major leader.
3) You are willing to help other clans in this alliance at times of need
4) Your clan must be at least 2 weeks old
5) No age limits
No country limits
Don't care about your race or what ever is your religion; if anyone talks about this you will be banned and declared enemy.

About this group:

This group is created in order to unite clan/group/organization leaders. This will help the leaders communicate and ask for advice plus help.

-If 2 groups that are under dispute join this group, i will take it to priority (and hopefully other leaders as well) to settle and form a peace treaty between the groups.
-If 2 clans that have been under dispute, then settled and decided to make a "treaty group", this can act as that bond.
