After Speaking with arrow about last nights games, I am not going to change anyone or remove anyone from this team at this time. I want everyone to play together and get better together. we will end up having ♥♥♥♥ games and whatnot but thats the whole point of us playing together.

Dr_radio is going to be our main awper, we need to have him be that everygame we play and practice on it is the only way he will become good with that.

everyone else will be rilfers or switch players pending on map.

I will strat call, I will try to assist strat calling while being dead too cause sometimes I have noticd everyone gets jammed up once i stop calling strats while dead unless someone else thinks that we should just stop talking when we are dead.

Also our comentation after every death needs to stop, just make your calls on locations and shut up! if you are not sure of the enemy location when you die just let it go lets not play guessing games(and I know im bad for that myself)

if anyone else has anything else they would like to add to this feel free to comment but I think those are the main issues is we have to many people wanting to awp on certain maps and the calling/ranting/ bullshitting on mics when dead is overkill and this all needs to be adjusted or we wont make it a season without looking like jerk offs
