Bolivia starts the construction of a "safe House" for the Roman Imperial family in case of an emergancy. It shall be 100m under ground and wih concrete walls with a total area of 1km square with rooms for all the family and all the luxuris of a roman palce. It shall also have an attached baracks with an area for 700m square for the pretorian guard and any other military units the roman emporer needs/wants. It has another room attacked to the kitchen which will be a pantry whic hwill be 400 m square with food for all the men and women in the 'safe house" for 2 to 2 and a half years. it has many defencive positions with there being only one way in or out there are places for archers to position them selfs to fire on the enemy and the corridor is wide enough for 5 roman soldiers abreast to bare the brunt of any enemy forces that do happen to find the way in.

it will cost 80,000 and take 4 days
