It all started back in 2006, when former founding member Arkork decided he wanted to establish a group of peers to game with online. |HG| Hatfield Gamers was born almost overnight and instantly took to the ever-increasing in popularity Call of Duty Series. From COD1, all the way to COD2 |HG| maintained a prominent status in the online gaming community.

Then in 2007, most of the members of the clan merged with the larger G6 Gesault COD clan, of which they shared game and vent servers with at the time. Only two members stayed on and kept the now hurting |HG| Clan alive. The name was changed to |HgC| Homegrown Clan to promote recruiting and slowly sNiPeRbOb and Jitterwing began to rebuild.

It wasn't long before things got out of hand in G6, leading to the dissappearance of their leader and disbandonment of the G6 clan. Almost all of the former |HG| Clan members made the consious decision to return to what is now |HgC|

We play mostly COD-series PC FPS games, but are not discriminatory towards other gametypes and styles. You may catch us playing many different types of games, and we encourage diversity.
