The Bugs-Hat Mob is a growing gang of mobsters, all of which enjoy practicing extortion, racketeering, and wearing towering pillars of fancy hats.

The gang was founded in bloodshed when a young Samuel, better known as Bugsy, Destefano murdered a hat delivery man in 1917 and drove away with millions of dollars worth of expensive hats ranging from boaters to stoves.

Bugsy proceeded to a pawn shop, where he would sell three hats for $5000 each. He then hired a number of mobsters, hitmen and enforcers alike, the first being Alex "Wizard" Trope who would eventually become the Underboss of the gang, the second being Francis, who's last name would remain unknown, who became the Caporegrime.

Bugsy was eager to become rich and powerful. He placed a hit on renowned mobster Jean Lansky, who was much more powerful than Destefano's small gang, but the element of suprise is key. Lansky was killed that day, none of the hitmen were convicted, and Bugsy ceased control of Lansky's numerous rackets. More mobsters were hired and the Bugs-Hat Mob was gaining respect.

In 1920, Prohibition hit and Bugsy ceased the money making oppurtunity of Bootlegging. The gang smuggled gallons of alcohol every day into the U.S, and Bugsy was making millions. With the money, he hired hundreds of elite contract killers and proceeded to call hits on 18 infamous mobsters that Bugsy had only just outranked in the mob leaderboard. He bribed every single senator, attorney and judge in town. He literally was untouchable.

Today, the BHM is still run by the untouchable Bugsy Destefano, who later aquired another nickname, "Mad Sam". They run all the rakcets ranging from Bigcity, New York, to Teufort, Badlands. They will elimate all other rival gangs that they can.
