I don't see this group having any sort of effect on Valve's decision to eventually release this game, as you only have 93 members (as of the time this comment was posted). You may want to think about what you are really getting done creating this kind of group.

Umm... Guys... Why are you boycotting a game, refusing to purchase it until release time, when really... You can't purchase it until it is released anyways? Duhhh. Real threatening.

JUst to remind folks, I'm still not going to uy this game until Valve releases it and allows me to. Take that Valve!

Due to Valve's recent actions (http://kotaku.com/5356004/left-4-dead-2-boycottersflown-to-valve-to-play-the-game) I'm throwing my lot in. Just so you all know I'm willing to travel to help the movement.

I am pledging complete support for this movement.

Although I join in this boycot, if Valve comprimises by starting development and allowing prepurchases, I may abandon you.

Oh, and Ultima X and Ultima Underworld 3, of course.

I'm also boycotting Final Fantasy IX PC version, Chrono Trigger 2 (CC doesn't count), Sin Episode(s?) 2, Anachronox 2, Gunman Chronicles 2, and Daikatana 2.

I'd join you on the latter two, but I'm so much a fan of Firefly that I couldn't bring myself to boycott any new material, even in jest.

On a related note I'm also boycotting the Firefly season 2 DVDs, Duke Nukem Forever and the new Jimi Hendrix album. Anyone want to join me?

Good Lord, your right...this group makes no sense. Now that I re-read it, the idea behind it seems comical, almost as if it were some kind of joke, making fun of other boycott groups rather than a deadly serious group of angry fans that refuse to buy software that is not released yet.

And again. Valve is working on Episode Three. You guys are even more dumb then the L4D 2 boycotters.

Why does Episode 3 takes so long? Improved graphics, working on multiple games, Episode Three will propably be larger then half life 2.

There is no irony, I am dead serious about my pledge not to buying this game until they sell it. JayBird is right, this is not a boycott. It has now become a MANCOTT!
