Now that's a one-million-dollar question, isn't it? Well actually, about $5 to $100, but still.
It is simple.

1. Make sure your profile is not set to Private.
   
2. Set your CS:GO inventory visibility to Public.
   
3. Message any moderator or administrator of the group, or leave a comment on their Wall.
   
4. Make sure you don't have previous holds/trade bans, and are in good standing with SteamReps.
   
5. Having an M4A1-S | Golden Coil is optional, but it gives you a certain amount of benefits. Among others, it would protect you from being kicked for being inactive for months - a privilege non-Owners don't have.

If you have been kicked from the group, it might either have happened because you've either been very naughty and unpleasant, rude to other community members, or were inactive (if you have no M4A1-S | Golden Coil in your inventory). In the latter case, you're welcome back - just notify any of the group's administrators/moderators.

Any scam attempts would result in a group kick. Maybe even a roundhouse group kick, if being kicked from the group was not enough.
