The Glyph Foundation is a group dedicated to trading knowledge and charity for the betterment of anyone that joins, we regularly have free giveaways. For anyone that is joining, I would reccomend subscribing to the Giveaway Archive Forum in the Discussions section to stay informed whenever new giveaways begin.

We have giveaways for both Counter Strike and Team Fortress items on a regular bases, we are asking for any and all walks of life to feel free to join to help support a higher cause for the greater good. If you have any suggestions or questions, feel free to leave any of them in the Questions or Suggestions Forums.

I don't know if many of you browse the steam workshop and store page but there is now a section where you can "buy" mods for skyrim which this is the only game in effect right now and hopefully it will not progress into others.

I quote from a knowledgeable friend on this:
"Because the steam workshop is a way for people to share their creations with the community, and bring joy and satisfaction to make Skyrim just that much more playable. By making the a a pay-for store in-game items, steam is essentially monopolizing a game which people have already paid a sum of money for.
Modding is a hobby, not a career

"Valve's monetization of Steam Workshop mods - in it's current state - is very detrimental to the PC modding ecosystem as a whole.

Additionally, in its current state, many developers responsible for very, VERY influential mods (such as SKSE in the case of Skyrim) will not be seeing a single cent of revenue despite the fact that many, many mods relying on content from SKSE will be sold.

Valve has demonstrated a complete inability to curate content (see: Greenlight and Early Access), and it isn't going to be any better with paid mods. Nobody is going to be there to stop scammers from selling mods that are free elsewhere, and in the end the only people who stand to win is Valve, who gets to take a slice of the pie while doing nothing in return."

Now, the other half is that it is nice to see some recognition going to modders but this happens everyday on the workshop with the top mods and such. Steam is going to get money in any way, they're just like that.

I respect all opinions and wish to hear them and note; I am not in such way forcing this upon you, if you wish not to sign it, that's fine; I'll still love you either way .

Hey all, I just wanted to tell every one a Merry Christmas (even though Its still Eve here but still, you know what I mean)

I'd like to thank all of you for staying with us; really. It means so much to us, we may not be a big fancy trading group and such but we have you guys and you guys ARE JUST AWESOME
