A. Depends on the raffle,you could make anywhere for 2 scrap to 2 keys!

Raffle mods can put a price on their raffles
Prices on raffles-
1 hat = 1 scrap per entry
1 key = 1 refined
Unusuals = Depends on tier,effect,and hat
High tier weapons/hats - Mods can put their own price, nothing outrageous.
Mod position will cost :
1 refined p/2 weeks
1 key p/2 months
Lifetime mod positions will be decided later!
