Reflinks: Basically, this works like your internet's cookies. Once someone clicks on your reflinks, your reflinks informations will somehow be saved on their browser unless they decided to delete cookies. So, any games they make in the future in G2A, you'll be able to gain profits.

Invite Links: This works more for friends then random strangers as this leads you to registering a account for G2A Goldmine. Once they registered, they're able to join your team and earn profits for you in the future.
