I am here to keep learn and understand the truly meaning of feminism. As far as what I learned, it's very important to support women for their safety, rights and equal and so much more. When I was a teenager, I showed no respect toward them. I don't know why-- wish I could go travel back through time to ask the younger version of myself. My first support for feminism when my childhood friend was sexual assault by my former close friend and managed to get away with it because of lack of evidence and police dropped it. I am still fighting for my friends and other women. That's all I want to say. I apologies for my english.

That has nothing to do with science but with culture and learning. Regarding science there can be differences between sexes/races (usually only regarding medicine) but it is never what is at stake in society and what feminism or antiracists fight about.

Hi everyone, glad to be apart of this group. I was recently banned from another feminist group due to anti-women men. I'm happy they're other groups like yourselves who value the rights of women. DOWN WITH SEXISM

What I'm saying is misandry isn't an actual issue. Men aren't an opressed class. I know feminism is for equality, I'm just saying misandry isn't an issue at all and the vast majority of women don't hate men. And even if they did it wouldn't matter because women (unfortunately) don't have nearly has much power has men do.

Feminism is as much the opposite of misandry than it is to patriarchy. It is for equality.

Also, I would suggest getting a good moderation team on this group. There are a bunch of reactionary comments on here and I would suggest banning the anti-feminists and "egalitarians".

Is this group a serious feminist group? This looked like a serious feminist group but I saw this:

and

If you believe misandry is something that is actually an issue, then you're not a feminist imo.
