"its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery"

It's better for everyone to suffer equally than for 1% to prosper.

For the 2016 Nominee, I would like it to be Rand Paul or Ted Cruz...But they are to Conservative for the modern-day Republican party Sadly! It will probably be some one like Chris Christie or some other Rihno!!!

I am sick of us helping everyone out around the world because we are being used for money and no one respects us. I believe we should close our borders for awhile, kick out all the illegal scum, vote out all the socialist and worry about our own true citizens for a change. We have starving, dieing, unemployed and people who deserve a chance instead of all the worthless trash around the world.
Taco42 26 Jul, 2011 @ 12:09pm
We should have a debate on if it is (or is not) America's place, duty, or obligation to be the world's police man.

Your Welcome, you participated in the debates on the Tea Party side so you desrved it.
Redshirt 13 Apr, 2011 @ 8:50pm
I do believe we won that debate, good sirs, as it has been quiet here for quite some time now.

I also just realized that I have been made an Admin of this gorup, and would like to express my thanks to Rudolf for the promotion.
LibertyKnight 6 Apr, 2011 @ 11:23pm
I have been checking here once every 2 days or so for a nice little fight. But alas they must have retreated off the field of debate back into their little ratholes to read their beloved manifesto.
Lt. Blackwood 26 Mar, 2011 @ 4:06pm
I miss the communist... No more debating.....
LibertyKnight 20 Mar, 2011 @ 4:23pm
Hampstead Hill was a pretty awesome slaughter of the British as well although I do not know the exact figures of that battle. Manifest Destiny did not push us to a superpower on world scale it only pushed us to the Pacific Ocean. It was Capitaqlism and the domination to the world markets that lead to our superpower status. In the "Age of Imperialism" America was doing some of the lowest expansion then most of Western Europe.
LibertyKnight 20 Mar, 2011 @ 4:18pm
Total for the British and 13 dead and 28 Casualties total for the Americans. Considereing that all but 200 of the 2000 Americans were milita and mercernary pirates. The British had 10,000 regulars and more cannons. We lost the first phase of that war I am not denying that but we won the last and most crucial phase. The peace treaty reflected that too. LOOK IT UP THEN SPEAK.
LibertyKnight 20 Mar, 2011 @ 4:15pm
Ive been gone the past week on vacation. So I see that the arguement still is going. @Kral Smetana Ceskoslovakia yes it was luck in the Revolution that saved us although Washington did perform a great maneuver around the British stationed in New York to get to Yorktown. But in 1812 look up the Battle of Hampstead Hill that is where the Americans defeated the land invasion force outside Baltimore MD. The campaign of the British there was a huge failure after the burning of Washington D.C. If you know anything whatsoever about military tatics and strategy then you will know that a campaign may go out good but end in failure. That is exactly what happened to the British campaign of the summer and fall of 1814. A few victories for them at Bladensburg and D.C. But ultmanly defeated at both Hampstead Hill and Fort Mchenry. The winter campaign of 1814 was a complete disaster for the British with New Orleans. Like I said the result of that battle was 800 dead 2000 casualties

Lt. Blackwood 19 Mar, 2011 @ 6:35am
Actually the bibles does, the bible when telling christians to "Render to Ceaser what is Ceaser's and render to what is God's God."
Industrial Revolutionary 18 Mar, 2011 @ 8:16pm
Oskar: "Christianity incites Violene when they get involved with politics, the bible for this reason seperates government and church because they know if they combined politicans will use the church an excuse to do killing. Ex. Justinian 1 of byzantine. And i dont think Buddhism do incite violence, i could be wrong."
Oskar, the bible absolutely does not seperate church and state. most first world countries today have done so, but the bible never forbade that. which is why in the medieval era the lines got so blurred.
Lt. Blackwood 18 Mar, 2011 @ 7:21pm
Yes he isnt he is more of a classic Liberal in the 19th centtury
76561198036048353 18 Mar, 2011 @ 7:13pm
I'm not communist. Thank you very much.
Redshirt 18 Mar, 2011 @ 6:10pm
Yes, something along those lines. :)

Kral seems to me, to be more of a Secular Humanst, than an actual Marxist, in his defense of Islam.
Lt. Blackwood 18 Mar, 2011 @ 3:28pm
They simply wish to demonize us as white christian radicals.
Redshirt 18 Mar, 2011 @ 3:27pm
What I want to know is this, why does Kral insist on defending the Quran, when Marxism-Leninism is an explicitly Atheistic worldview.

The Tea Parties, and most certainly a majority of Conservatives are not racist against Arabs, or any race. It is all about Ideologies. It would be rediculous to think that discriminating among ideologies is a bad thing.
Lt. Blackwood 18 Mar, 2011 @ 2:10pm
and I have a question what percentage of SIlam do you think is radical, the average reasoning is 10% but what do you think the percentage is?
Lt. Blackwood 18 Mar, 2011 @ 4:51am
Well you can get it, It is an Iphone App called the AlQuran version 2.0.
76561198036048353 18 Mar, 2011 @ 4:04am
Well, sir, you have to look a the total pop. of the world to get an accurate basis of really how many people were kiilled and the tech. at the time taht allowed them to kill people. Plus Oskar, if that link worked, it would prove many of the sights out their are islamaphobes with their mis-translations of the Qu'ran that the spread out to the people. I'd like to see the sight your getting it from, and i doubt it's a muslims sight since you can't read arabic.
Redshirt 17 Mar, 2011 @ 10:03pm
Uh, quick question, how did we get from discussing politics and economics, to the affects of religion on soceity?

That being said, I would like to point out that in the last 60 years alone, the Atheistic religion of Marxism-Leninism has killed far more than all theistic religions combined.
