Agency Established Under Executive Order 13706.

FEPG Purpose and Guidelines:

The Federal Emergency Provisional Government was established following the outbreak of the Kurama Plague[1]see attached information. Under Executive Order 13706, all remaining branches of the U.S. Military, the CDC, FEMA, and all local and state police forces are to be assimilated into one national organization whose purpose is to re-establish order, study the contagion, and isolate all survivors from the illness.
Guidelines:
1. All branches of FEPG are to work cooperatively, no branch is to overstep its basic function
2. FEPG is to assume a state of national martial law, all democratic processes and rights stipulated by the constitution are effectively disbanded as of FEPG's establishment.
3. FEPG is to establish its own internal set of laws in line with its general purpose as a governing and federal emergency organization.
4. FEPG is not to recognize any civilian established group as a legitimate organization or successor to the United States Government.
5. FEPG is to generally follow the methodology listed below:
Methodology:
1. Coordinate and re-absorb all national and local government remnants that come in contact with FEPG's constituents.
2. Establish Safe Zones to isolate survivors from the infection and establish all other necessary facilities.
3. Establish and re-establish secure research facilities and military bases.
4. Catalogue all knowledge on the infection and epidemiology of the outbreak as well as the demographics of the surviving U.S. population.
5. Neutralizing any biohazards.

Alright, so basically this is my idea for an H1Z1 role-play and survival group. Our group is neither strict bandit or hero, instead it's a hodge-podge of remaining government and military personnel clinging desperately to the old world. I plan on making this a really large group so that we can maintain our "safe zones" and other areas we take over in the game for long periods of time over different time zones. I'm looking for mature gamers who are interested in creating a very immersive experience for each other. If you are interested, message me so I can add you on steam.
