As the first act of the Empire, I will officially support the rebellion in France. My personal relationship, a decent friendship, with alexandra is the drive behind such actions. If she is to lose/ not be supported and such withen her Empire at any time, She is completly able to move to Ethiopia and set up a puppet government there.

IF France does not go with their original plans (Giving Alexandra rule as she won the vote 7-2) then we will be forced to take military action. (Well, actually I have a 5-Day waiver period from direct action with military uses).
