From the Imperial base on Nirauan

Citizens of the Empire.

I am Thrawn. Cheif of State and Supreme Commander of this Empire. In three years i have been isolated, but now i have finally returned. Returned to rule this Empire once more to glory!

The Empire of the Hand was created to help The Galatic Empire, but that Empire is no more. Replaced by someone who calls themselfs the Imperial Remants. They claim they are the true Empire. They are not, We, Empire of the Hand are the true Empire.

It is time we prove that we are infact the true Empire. But how? We need a goverment, governors, army and a fleet. We need every species, man, woman and child. They can all make a effort for the Empire. If you are intrested in helping the Empire to glory then comment below and you will be contacted.

The Republic, the Imperial Remants and even the Jedi shall know that note that we are still here. Becuse when we are ready, they will not only fear us, but respect us!
