Welcome to EUV Gaming's Ark Server. These are some rules we have on the server; violating them can result in penalties ranging from reimbursement, temp ban, to a perma-ban. The rules are basically a more specific version of this: don't be a ♥♥♥♥. Y'all left official servers for a reason; don't be that reason here. All admin decisions are final, and these rules are subject to change.

Game Type Rules

- This is a PvE/PvP Weekends server. This means during the week, the server is PvE, and you may not kill other players or dinos except in specific circumstances outlined below. On the weekends, the server becomes PvP, and killing players/dinos is allowed, with some restrictions below:

- During PvE Weekdays - You may kill players or dinos if you are: (a) defending yourself from attack by player or dino; (b) catching another player offline raiding a base; (c) defending tames from attack by player or dino;

- During PvP Weekends - You may kill on sight other players or dinos anywhere in the map, so long as they are online.

- PvP Weekends begin on Friday at 6:00 PM Central Time and end on Sunday at Midnight Central Time (this means 12:01 Monday is PvE time again).

Rules for Building

- No building in any caves, including underwater caves. The single exception to this is that you may build walkways in caves to facilitate easier travel, provided you are not blocking an unreasonable number of resource spawns. Player bases in caves will be demolished, no questions asked.

- No Building on the The Dead Islands (The Northeast Islands (or "Death Island" or "Carno Island") centered on about 16, 84). This area is reserved for server events. You may still tame and harvest there, but at your own risk.

- Do not purposely restrict resource spawns or spam lone foundations.

- If you build a structure around/near a tame, demolish it when finished taming.

- Turrets are allowed. During PvE weekdays, outside turrets must be offline. Indoor turrets, however, may remain online during PvE weekdays, provided they cannot shoot outside. During PvP weekends, all turrets may remain online.

- You may not block access to the obelisks.

Rules for Behavior

- Absolutely no offline raiding.

- During PvP Weekends, you may raid the bases of online tribes.

- You may not "wipe" a tribe or base - only demolish what you need to break in or break out of the base and access the to-be-raided supplies/players/dinos. You may not kill passive dinos that are within an enclosure.

- During PvP Weekends, do not "camp" at spawn zones or player bases.

- No sexist, racist, etc... slurs. Don't spam chat. Don't promote other servers. No hacking, cheating, glitching, etc...
