All maps created should be for "Survival" mode for Killing Floor 2. The judging will be heavily weighted on how well the map creator uses the KF2 tools. The Judging Criteria shown below gives a rough guideline of how Tripwire Interactive will grade maps. There are also some additional cash prizes set aside for maps that don't fit in the "standard" category

after some long thought it has been decided to close the EQ killing floor 1 servers.This is due to no interest being shown for the game and the servers being 0 EQ populated for months.We will however be keeping our Killing Floor 2 server which is much more populated with EQ members (located here 81.19.208.91:7807)

Been testing this new VoiP for a couple of weeks now and am really enjoying it. I know TS is something we're all familiar with and all have but Discord has pretty much everything TS has and more. The only thing it lacks is the ability to select other codecs but we've always used Opus codec anyways which Discord uses by default (so the voice quality is the same).

A great post highlights why this new VoiP is amazing.

Discord is built in 2015 and it shows. Beautiful UI. Rich text chat (post videos, gifs, files, whatever you want directly in your text chat). Great sound quality (built on Opus and WebRTC with modern jitter buffers, automatic gain control, noise suppression, echo cancellation, and more).
It is simple to set-up and use. Since it is able to run in the browser you don't need to download or register for anything to try it out. This is especially valuable when inviting people to your voice channel that don't already have Discord.
Security - not only does Discord have server to client encryption and protects your IP, it also has automatic failover. If there is a server failure of any kind (like a hurricane takes out the data center your server is hosted on for example), Discord will automatically switch you to a new server with little to no downtime and no loss of data.

I've already made a server for EQ and hope you'll all join me in giving this a try. It's free, has browser support, DDoS protection, a free mobile app, uses smart push notifications and has a stylish modern text chat all of the above TS does not have.
