What if we created a sort of mechanism that could fire a lead... thingy hard and fast enough with enough force to penetrate human flesh? Almost like a modern Bow and Arrow.

I don't understand how police interceptors are supposed to help law enforcement. Wouldn't being intercepted all of the time be a problem for cops?

First Idea: Let's go buy the Ford Ontario Assembly Plant and start making our own version of the Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor? Thoughts?
